What we collect
The forms on this site collect your name, phone number, and email address if you chose to provide it, as well as what you wrote in the message field and what you marked as being of interest. We also record the time of your inquiry and how you reached the page, so we know which channels work.
Why
To get back to you, to match you with a project or property, and to send updates about new projects. Checking the consent box on the form is consent to receive such messages by WhatsApp, SMS and email, in accordance with Section 30A of Israel's Communications Law.
Who receives your details
Shorashim Project Marketing (licensed dealer no. 558488094) and the office team only. Your details are not sold and are not passed to third parties for advertising. They may be transferred to the customer management system we use, solely for handling your inquiry. The data is stored with a Vercel Inc. storage service in the European Union.
Removal and deletion
You can ask at any time to stop receiving messages or to have your details deleted, by contacting the phone number or email at the bottom of the site. Your request will be handled within a few days.
Cookies and measurement
This site runs the Google Ads conversion tag, which stores a Google cookie in your browser. Google uses it to count an inquiry that came from a Shorashim ad, so we know which ads work. The details of the inquiry itself, such as your name, phone number and email, are not sent to Google. You can block third-party cookies in your browser settings and the site will keep working normally. In addition, for internal measurement we store a single technical cookie containing a random number, whose only purpose is to recognize the same visit. No IP address, location or browsing profile is stored, and the number cannot be traced back to a specific person.
